a dog we all love
sits, stands, shakes but not much more
dumb, but loveable
plays with kids inside
doesn't go outside ever
stinky dogs aren't cool
65-pound dog
lazy boy, sleeps through the day
he loves his big crate
wrestles with daddy
likes playing the part of "wolf"
when the kids attack
nights spent staying near
following from room to room
sleeps by mommy's side
finley we love you
more than you will ever know
what a good doggy

He is the most patient canine around. And no wonder he is graying...that's a bunch of fur Jack is squeezing, right? Great poem and pictures! Happy Birthday, Finley!
It's a shame how quickly those gorgeous black muzzles show the silver isn't it?
Sam will be 6 in May and it kills me every time I think about it.
So glad y'all went with a boxer -they are the best!
